Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making your booking. By making a booking with us, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions then regrettably you may not make a booking via our website.

If you do not comprehend any of the contract conditions, we strongly recommend that you contact Customer Service before proceeding with any contract. If any provision or term of these terms and conditions shall become or be declared illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, such term or provision shall be deleted but all other terms will remain valid.

These terms and conditions and your use of our web site are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and in the event of any dispute under this contract, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

1 Service and Contract Formation

1.1 Airport Transfers Direct acts as an agent for third party transport service providers and the contract for the provision of the transportation service is between you and the third party service provider.

1.2 By booking a service from our website, you are entering into a contract with the service provider and not Airport Transfers Direct. You agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions when you make a reservation.

1.3 When your submit your request for service, your reservation details are sent to the service provider and only when he accepts your reservation a confirmation email is sent to you and the contract between you and the service provider is formed.

2 Liability

2.1 The liability for the provision of transfer services between you and the service provider is restricted solely to those two parties between whom the service has been contracted. Airport Transfers Direct liabilities resulting from this agreement shall therefore be limited to those of a third-party broker between you and the service provider. Any liabilities resulting from the provision of the transfer service shall be the sole responsibility of the service provider and their insurance companies.

2.2 To the best of our knowledge all service providers featured on this website are fully licensed and insured to the rules governed by their country of operation. As laws and licensing rules vary from country to country some of the service providers conditions may limit or exclude liability. We strongly recommend as with any form of travel that the customer takes out adequate travel insurance.

2.3 Neither we nor the service provider, will be responsible for any losses you suffer (including for example any missed flights) due to your failure to allow sufficient time for your journey.

2.4 In agreeing to the terms and conditions you accept that Airport Transfers Direct will in no way be held responsible for any losses, expenses or claims made by you in the event of any problem associated with the transfer and all claims will lay with the service provider.

3 Availability of Service

3.1 We are entitled, on behalf of the service provider, to refuse any order placed by you. We do not guarantee to successfully allocate a service provider to every booking request. In the event that we are unable to accept your booking request we will send an email to advise you of any alternative that may be offered.

3.2 All information is given on the website in good faith and is believed to be correct at the time of print. Airport Transfers Direct will not be responsible for any other inaccuracies due to out of date information which may have not been pointed out to us by the service provider.

3.3 Vehicle model and type indicated in the reservation confirmation and on this web site are for description of the type of service. In rare cases the service provider may need to arrange a replacement vehicle should this be necessary in order to provide the transportation service. For example in the case that the vehicle booked is delayed in traffic or diversion a suitable replacement will be provided of equal or greater cost of service value. We do not guarantee that the exact model or type of vehicle specified in your confirmation email will be used for the service.

4 Payment & Prices

4.1 If the credit card provided during the reservation is used for reservation validation purpose only, no payment will be taken at the time of booking. If you fail to cancel your reservation in accordance with the service provider cancellation policy a no show fee will be charged to the credit card provided as described in section 5 below.

4.2 Pre-payment by credit/debit card is available on request. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.

4.3 You confirm that all details you provide to us for the purpose of booking a service with the service provider are correct, that the credit or debit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the service.

4.4 We reserve the right to amend at any time the advertised prices, also during the quotation phase, especially when unexpected lack of availability occur. We also reserve the right to correct errors in both advertised and confirmed prices. Exclusively as a courtesy information, an updated rate may be offered, but there is no obligation to be accepted by your side. Please kindly notice that changes and errors sometimes may occur.

4.5 When you cancel your reservation, please note that the payment processing fees, are non-refundable.

5 General reservation cancellation policy

Pickup from Airports, Train Stations:

• a) up to 24 hours before the transfer: no charge.
• b) less than 24 hours before the arrival: up to 100% of the total transfer cost may be applied.

Pickup from any other location:

• c) up to 24 hours before the transfer: no charge.
• d) less than 24 hours before the arrival: up to 100% of the total transfer cost may be applied.

For any case of the above (a-b-c-d):

• e) After the driver has departed to the pickup destination: the full cost of the transfer will be charged.

• f) Cancellation terms for any vehicle with more than 8 passengers seats (buses and minibuses), where free cancellation policy may apply, the cancellation request must be made 72 hours prior to the pick-up time.

5.1 Last minute bookings

Last minute bookings received within 48 hours from scheduled pickup time: bookings received within 48 hours from scheduled pickup time, cannot be cancelled and 100% of the transfer's price will be charged as late cancellation fee. Last minute booking requests received within a very short time, require greater efforts and added expenses from both our side and service provider's, making it impossible to cancel for free such kind of bookings.

5.2 Waiting Time

• a) Pickup from airports: 60 minutes from the flight actual arrival time.

• b) Pickup from any other point: 15 minutes from the agreed pickup time.

5.3 In case of no show without communication, after the waiting period has ended (see clause 5.2 above) the full cost of the booked service will be charged.

5.4 Any changes to your reservation must be sent to us in writing via e-mail 48 hours prior to the date of travel. Once you receive the service provider contact number via email, all changes to your reservation must be made directly with the service provider by calling or writing the phone number provided.

5.5 We will advise you as soon as possible to the e-mail address you have given us if for any reason your booking has to be cancelled.

5.6 If you booked on daytime fare basis and for any reason your flight will be delayed, arriving late during night hours, the fare will be updated to the night fare one.

6 Child seats

As per the EU directive 2003/20/EC the following applies:

It is the driver's responsibility to see that children are restrained correctly. However, there is an exemption for licensed vehicles, which can still carry children even if the correct child seat is not available.

6.2 Children under 3 years of age, with or without child seat, still count towards the vehicle occupancy.

7 Excess luggage

7.1 Please inform us at the time of booking if you wish to travel with excess baggage. This is to ensure that the service provider vehicles can accommodate you. The passenger (you) shall be liable for all expenses incurred should additional vehicles be required to transport non-declared excess luggage.

8 Force Majeure

8.1 Airport Transfers Direct and the service provider cannot be held liable for delays, changes or cancellation of service due to force majeure, or to other circumstances that are unforeseeable or beyond the service provider control, such as accidents suffered by third parties on the transfer route, police checkpoints, acts of terrorism, extreme weather conditions etc.

9 Intellectual Property Rights

9.1 Copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights of the website have been granted under license to Airport Transfers Direct and are protected by national and international regulations governing intellectual property.

9.2 Use of our website content by third parties for any purpose other than booking transfers is prohibited, including the modification, subsequent publication and total or partial reproduction or representation of the same without the express consent of Airport Transfers Direct.

10 Other

10.1 Airport Transfers Direct website also offers third party holiday extras through a range of advertising and affiliate schemes. These include car hire, accommodation, tours and excursions, holiday insurance and car parking. In using the Airport Transfers Direct website to make reservations with the above companies the client is deemed to agree with the terms and conditions of the company with which they make the booking.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and take the security of our clients information very seriously.
In order to process your booking we need to collect certain personal details from you and we may share that information with our service providers or other third party involved. We will provide only the information necessary to ensure the successful fulfillment of your travel arrangements. We will not however pass any information on to any company and/or organization that is not responsible for providing any part of your travel arrangements.
We have appropriate security measures in place to protect the personal details you give us.
We will retain your information for as long as the purpose for which it was collected continues. It will then be destroyed although copies may be retained if required to satisfy our legal, regulatory or accounting requirements. By law, you are entitled to a copy of the personal information we hold on you.
You may make a request to us to change or modify your information at any time. Further if you are aware at any time that any of the information that you have given to us has changed, please let us know at the earliest opportunity.
Except where expressly permitted by the Data Protection Act 1998, we will only deal with the personal details you give us as set out above, unless you tell us otherwise in writing.
